Working with Non-Profits/Motivation!
Join us for a fireside chat with MC as we explore what it truly takes to power purpose-driven work. Non-profit work is powered by passion, but maintaining long-term momentum requires strategy, resilience, and adaptable leadership.
In this open-format session, MC will share candid insights on balancing core mission with operational realities, keeping teams motivated through challenging seasons, and turning passive supporters into dedicated community advocates. Bring your questions—this session is fully interactive, giving you direct access to ask about the non-profit strategies, challenges, and stories on your mind.
Submit your questions in advance.
